Welcome to d8ning. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 of India.

2. Data We Collect

• Identity Data: First name, date of birth, gender, and sexual orientation.
• Contact Data: Phone number (verified via OTP) and email address.
• User Content: Photos uploaded for your profile and responses to "Hinge-style" prompts.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates used only for discovering nearby matches.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

When you choose to delete your account, we enter a 45-day "cooling-off" period where your data is deactivated but retrievable. After 45 days, all personal data is permanently purged from our production servers in accordance with legal data minimization principles.

4. Compliance & Contact
