1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on d8ning. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Community Standards

d8ning is a curated community for intentional dating. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Fake profiles or catfishing.
• Solicitation or commercial activity.

3. Data Usage & India Compliance

In accordance with the **DPDPA 2023**, we process your personal data based on your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw consent, request data erasure (subject to our 45-day retention policy), and nominate an individual in the event of death or incapacity.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards. Upon termination by the user, data is deactivated and permanently deleted after 45 days.
